| | | | | | | | | Background: | There are County drainage easements located on the Chester Corner Commercial Properties (2 parcels located at the intersection of Chester Road and SR200), where it is proposed to install a parking lot and driveway through lane over the drainage easements. A drainage encroachment agreement was requested by Engineering Services, and reviewed by County Attorney Michael Mullin. The Commission will need to adopt the enclosed Resolution to allow for the acceptance and recording of these easement encroachment agreements.
