| | | | | | | | | Background: | The Nassau County Sheriff’s office has forwarded an Agreement for Traffic Control on Private Roads to the County Attorney’s office for review and submittal to the Board for approval. Florida law (section 316.006(3)(b), Florida Statutes) provides a mechanism for gated subdivisions to request law enforcement traffic control within the community. The attached agreement is brought forward at the request of the Ocean Village of Summer Beach Community Association and has been coordinated with the Sheriff’s office. The County Attorney’s office recommends approval.
