Background:

This Rezoning application requests to change the existing zoning district from Open Rural (OR) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) The site is ±52.28 acres in size and is located on the north and south sides of Amelia Concourse, on the west side of Old Nassauville Road (CR 107) at its intersection with Amelia Concourse.

 

The intent of this application is to permit a conventional single-family residential subdivision of 128 lots with a minimum lot width of 50 feet and a minimum lot area of 6,000 square feet.

 

Note: Applicant has requested a continuance to December 20th at 6:00 p.m.
