| | | | | | | | | Background: | On Tuesday, September 26, 2017 five bids were received in response to the Invitation to Bid for the Thomas Creek Road resurfacing project, Bid No. NC17-002 (see Bid Opening Minutes 9-27-17).
Upon evaluation, it is recommended that Pars Construction Services, LLC the lowest responsible bidder, be awarded the contract for a total contract amount of $791,802.96. FDOT concurred with the recommendation to award.
