On behalf of the Supervisor of Elections and pursuant to notice by the Supervisor of Elections, request the Board approve the Termination Agreement related to the Interlocal Agreement for Shared Internet Access, with termination of the Interlocal Agreement to be effective upon confirmation that internet access for the Property Appraiser, Supervisor of Elections and Tax Collector has been installed. It is estimated that the installation will be completed by November 2017. Contract No. CM1534. | | Request: | Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Termination Agreement, Contract No. CM1534, related to the Interlocal Agreement for Shared Internet Access, with termination of the Interlocal Agreement to be effective upon confirmation that internet access for the Property Appraiser, Supervisor of Elections and Tax Collector has been installed.
