| | | | | | | | | Background: | At the request of the County Judge and Chief Administrative Judge, request Board approval of the Contract for Misdemeanor Probation Services for the Fourth Judicial Circuit, between the Board, the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court and Clear View Transformations, Inc., Contract No. CM2497. The Court has utilized a private misdemeanor probation agency for the supervision, rehabilitation and probation services in Nassau County, and recommends Clear View Transformations as the private misdemeanor probation service provider. Any private entity, pursuant to Section 948.15(3), Florida Statutes, must contract with the County in which the services are rendered. The term of this contrct shall be January 1, 2018 and shall remain in effect for a two year pierod.
