| | | | | | | | | Background: | On Tuesday, September 26, 2017, three (3) bids were received in response to the Invitation to Bid Nassau Oaks Improvement Project. Upon evaluation of the bids received, it is recommend that Phase 1 (Outfall Ditch Clearing and Excavation) be awarded to Hager Construction Company for $306,963.00 (Tab A) and Phase 2 (Nassau Oaks Drive Roadway Upgrade) be awarded to Vallencourt Construction for $186,191.25 (Tab A).
