Item Title:Second Amendment to Donation Agreement for Public Right of Way

Background:
The County Attorney's office has been notified of the necessity for a Second Amendment to the Donation Agreement for Public Right of Way pertaining to the Crawford Road Project.  The purpose of the Second Amendment to the Donation Agreement for Public Right of Way is to change the definition of the Owner from "TerraPointe LLC, a Delaware limited liability company" to "RAYDIENT LLC DBA RAYDIENT PLACES + PROPERTIES LLC, a Delaware limited liability company."   This change is necessary due to notification that TerraPointe LLC changed its name with the Florida Secretary of State's Office to Raydient LLC dba Raydient Places + Properties LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Second Amendment to the Donation Agreement for Public Right of Way, related to the Crawford Road Project, Contract No. CM2368-A2.
