| | | | | | | | | Background: | On December 8, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners entered into an agreement with Concrete Conservation, Inc. for the Manhole/Wetwell Rehabilitation Program for Nassau Amelia Utilities (NAU). The original agreement provided for an initial term beginning December 8, 2014 and ending December 7, 2016, with an option to extend with no change in terms or conditions for two (2) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual written agreement between the County and Vendor. The parties entered into an extension period beginning December 8, 2016 and ending December 7, 2017.
Request:
NAU and Concrete Conservation, Inc. have expressed their desire to extend the performance period of the agreement for an additional one (1) year beginning December 8, 2017 and ending December 7, 2018.
