Item Title:Consideration of Amendment to Code Enforcement Ordinance

Background:

At the Board's meeting of December 20, 2017, the Board requested the County Attorney to bring back for consideration a proposed amendment to the Code Enforcement ordinance to remove a policy that was implemented in 2012 under Section XII, paragraph 3 regarding the "complaint driven" approach.  If the Board so wishes to set a public hearing for the consideration of the ordinance amendment, the date of February 12, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, is suggested.
