| | | | | | | | | Background: | | On January 17, 2018 the Board adopted Resolution No. 2018-06, which established requirements for a citizen application for a boating-restricted area pursuant to Section 327.46(1), Florida Statutes. Resolution No. 2018-06 also set forth a provision that the Board may establish a fee by separate resolution for the processing of an application. It is recommended that the Board establish a fee of $175.00 as and for the application fee.
