Item Title:	Newspaper Selection for Delinquent Tax Advertising

Background:
The Tax Collector publishes a list of unpaid property taxes in the local newspaper annually. Historically, if the Board did not select the newspaper for publishing, the Tax Collector selected the newspaper as allowed Florida Statutes. The Statute now requires the Board to select the newspaper. The Tax Collector's Office solicited bids from the Nassau County Record, the NewsLeader, and the Westside Journal. The Nassau County Record and the NewsLeader both submitted bids and the NewsLeader had the lowest cost per reader. No bid was received from the Westside Journal. Attached is a spreadsheet containing that information.
