Background:

The Davis Acres Plat, was recorded on September 6th, 1984, by Plat Book 5 Page 58. The applicant, Kyle Davis of the Estate of James F. Davis, is requesting to replat lots 14, 15, and portions of lots 16, 17 and 18, to create three (3) distinct 10 acre building sites on approximately 30 acres of land. The replat will be named the James F. Davis plat.

Request:
For recording purposes only, consider the final plat for James F. Davis, filed by Kyle Davis of the Estate of James F. Davis, owner, and McCranie & Associates, Inc., agent for owner, in conjunction with a partial vacation of the Davis Acres Plat, lots 14, 15, and portions of lots 16, 17 and 18, as recorded by Plat Book 5 Page 58, to construct three, (3) single family lots on approximately 30 acres. Staff recommends approval.

Police, fire, transportation, recreation, education and administrative impacts to be covered partially or wholly by impact fees/mobility fees/advalorem taxes.
