Mr. Moneyhan obtained the property via tax deed sale on November 14, 2017. The total amount of the Code Enforcement lien is $36,598.61. However, the property came into compliance when the County issued the Demolition of Property & Removal of Debris Bid #B14-28509 in March 2014 for $4,804.00
