Background:

The Code Enforcement Board received a request for a Reduction of Penalty for Case #13-741 & #13-741(A) from Gene Jones for property located at 45245 Iris Blvd, Callahan. Mr. Jones obtained the property via tax deed sale on October 24, 2017. The total amount of the two (2) Code Enforcement liens are $701,616.12.

Consider the request from Mr. Jones for a reduction of penalty for property located at 45245 Iris Blvd in Callahan, Case No. 13-741 & 13-741(A).

 

The Code Enforcement Board recommends that the BOCC waive the fine and collect the administrative fees for both cases, for a total of $616.12 to be paid prior to releasing the lien.
