Background:

The Code Enforcement Board consists of seven (7) members and their appointments varies from one (1) years to three (3) year terms. The term of John F. Martin expires April 2018. Mr. Martin represents District 1 and would like to be re-appointed for another term.

 

Please see attached email requesting to be re-appointed.

Request:
Consider reappointment of John Martin as the District One Code Enforcement Board representative for a three year term ending April 2021.

Mileage reimbursement that was approved in the FY 2017/2018 budget
Action Requested and Recommendation:
Requesting the BOCC to re-appoint Mr. Martin or appoint a citizen to represent District 1 for a three (3) year term ending April 2021.
