Background:

Various departments submit monthly informational reports to the Board. In January 2016, the Board indicated they would like one department head to appear before the Board each month to present their report. This month's report will be presented by Deputy Building Official, Terry Cotter.

Note: Two months are being provided in the backup materials due to the February 21st meeting being cancelled, however Mr. Cotter will be presenting statistics from February's activities.
