At the November 27, 2017 meeting, the Board approved to amend the Subscription Agreement with the Florida PACE Funding Agency, Contract No. CM1960-A1, for the Financing Program for Energy Conservation and Efficiency Improvements, Renewable Energy Improvements, and Wind Resistance Improvements within the boundaries of Nassau County, Florida. The revised Subscription Agreement now allows for multiple agencies to be providers of the PACE Program.
On February 12, 2018, the Board scheduled a Workshop to discuss the process for new agencies to become PACE providers in Nassau County.
Attached is Resolution No. 2017-159 which provided for the amended Subscription Agreement, as well as Resolution No. 2017-160 which established a policy on how to address requests for future interlocal agreements for agencies wishing to participate in the PACE Program.
Also attached is a presentation submitted by Terrance E. Freeman of Ygrene Energy Fund which includes statistics on energy and insurance savings to residents who make energy efficient improvements to their homes or businesses. |
