Item Title:	Appointment of the Recreation Commission At-Large Member

Background:
As per Nassau County Recreation Ordinance 2001-45, the selection of two At Large members shall be chosen by the Board of County Commissioners. Terms for the At Large members shall be (1) two year term and (1) three year term. Per conversation with Christine Connery whose three year At- Large Membership expired on September 10, 2017, would like to be re-instated for another three year term, to begin on August 1 2018 to expire on August 1, 2021 In addition, per conversation with Connie Daughtry whose two year At- Large Membership will expire on September 10, 2018, would like to be appointed for another two year term, to begin on September 11, 2018 to expire on September 11, 2020
Request:
Consider reappointment of Christine Connery as an At-Large Representative on the Recreation Commission for a three-year term ending August 1, 2021 and Connie Daughtry for a two-year term ending September 10, 2020.

Recommend the Board to approve the appointment of the two At-Large Member positions for the Parks & Recreation Commission. Re-appoint Christine Connery as At-Large member for a three year term to expire August 1, 2021 Continue appointment to Connie Daughtry as At-Large member for a two year term to expire September 10, 2020
