| | | | | | | | | Background: | On February 23, 2018 the Board of County Commissioners authorized the submission of a grant application to the United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Services - Emergency Watershed Protection (USDA-EWP) Grant Program for the Thomas Creek Restoration Project, Phase 9. Attached is grant agreement #NR184209XXXXC019 with USDA.
USDA’s grant of $581,625 will require the County to contribute $176,250 (25% of the project cost) to the project. The grant will also require County personnel to provide the CEI services. The total project cost is $757,875.
