Turner for property located at 2751 (n/k/a 540671) Lem Turner Road, Callahan, Florida. Mr. & Mrs. Turner obtained the property via Quit Claim Deed dated March 29, 2018

The Code Enforcement Board recommends that the fine be waived and require Mr. Turner to pay administrative fees for both cases totaling $514.06.
