On April 26, 2018 the CU&V Board heard application V18-001. Appeal is related to the decision of the CU&V Board to deny conditional use pursuant to Section 29-32 of the Nassau County Code of Laws and Ordinances requiring Davis Road to be paved and constructed in accordance with the Nassau County Roadway and Drainage Standards from Musslewhite Road to approximately the eastern most boundary of Sandy Oaks Lane. The property is located in the Open Rural (OR) zoning district.

Consideration of a zoning appeal filed by William Murphy, Trust/Owner and Joseph Amellio, agent for owner, appealing the Conditional Use & Variance Board's denial of V18-001, pursuant to Section 29-32 of the Nassau County Code of Laws and Ordinances requiring Davis Road to be paved and constructed in accordance with the Nassau County Roadway and Drainage Standards from Musselwhite Road to approximately the eastern most boundary of Sandy Oaks Lane.
