Background:

On December 20, 2018, the Board approved a request from Vicki Cannon to utilize the Commission Chambers from August 16 through August 29, 2018 for the Primary Election, thus cancelling any meetings taking place in the Chambers during that time. The Board of County Commissioners would have a regularly scheduled meeting on August 27th. Staff respectfully requests the Board to indicate whether or not they wish to schedule an alternate meeting date.

 

A copy of the December 20, 2017 agenda item is attached for informational purposes.
