Item Title:Discussion and Consideration of PACE providers in Nassau County, Florida

Background:
At the November 27, 2017 meeting, the Board approved to amend the Subscription Agreement with the Florida PACE Funding Agency, Contract No. CM1960-A1, for the Financing Program for Energy Conservation and Efficiency Improvements, Renewable Energy Improvements, and Wind Resistance Improvements within the boundaries of Nassau County, Florida.  The revised Subscription Agreement now allows for multiple agencies to be providers of the PACE Program.  Resolution No. 2017-159 provided for the amended Subscription Agreement.  Resolution 2017-160 established a policy on how to address requests for future interlocal agreements for agencies wanting to participate in the PACE Program.

Continue consideration of setting for public hearing for approval of requests of agencies wanting to become PACE providers in Nassau County, Florida.
