Background:

The Code Enforcement Board consists of seven (7) members and their appointments varies from one (1) year to three (3) year terms. The District 3 representative was discussed at the June 11th meeting and at that time, Mr. Wynn Fendig wanted to continue his appointment. However he has since notified staff that he needs to resign due to other commitments.


Request:
Continue appointment of a District 3 representative on the Code Enforcement Board for a three-year term ending June 2021.

Mileage reimbursement that was approved in the FY 2017/2018 budget.
Action Requested and Recommendation:
Appoint a District 3 representative to the Code Enforcement Board for a three year term ending in June 2021.
