Background:

The Code Enforcement Board consist of seven (7) members and their appointments varies from one (1) year to three (3) year terms. Thomas Ford has resigned from his appointment effective June 12, 2018. Mr. Ford was appointment to represent District 5 July 6, 2016. His term would expire in June 2019.

 

Please see attached resignation letter.

 

Note: There are no resumes on file at the County Manager's Office requesting appointment to this Board.

Appointment of District 5 representative to the Code Enforcement Board to complete Tom Ford's term ending June 2019, and a three year term ending June 2022.

Requesting BOCC to appoint a citizen to represent District 5 on the Code Enforcement Board.

 

Recommending the BOCC appoint a citizen to represent District 5 on the Code Enforcement Board to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Thomas Ford to complete his term and for a three year term ending in June 2022
