| | | | | | | | | Background: | The Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida adopted Ordinance No. 2017-37 which set the hours of Sunday sales for on premises and off premises consumption for the sale of alcoholic/intoxicating beverages in the unincorporated areas of Amelia Island and SR200/A1A Access Management Overlay District. It has become necessary to amend Ordinance 2017-37 so that the Sunday hours of sale of alcoholic/intoxicating beverages and distance restrictions be uniform for the unincorporated areas of Nassau County east of Interstate I-95.
