| | | | | | | | | Background: | The Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) Resolution adopted on March 26, 2018 was reviewed by Florida Housing Finance Corporation and SHIP Staff, and it is recommended to increase the housing purchase price from $215,000 to $225,000 (Page 6); increase the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Assistance from $65,000 to $85,000 (Page 9); and to add "If the homeowner does not have homeowner's insurance then 1 year of coverage will be paid out of the award" (Page 9).
