Background:
On July 11, 2018, the County Manager's Office received a resignation email from Ashanta Albury who was serving as Nassau County's representative on the Northeast Florida Community Action Agency's Board of Directors. The County Manager's Office was also informed that Kara Williams was interested in replacing Ms. Albury on the Board of Directors. A copy of Ms. Williams' resume is attached for the Board's information. Staff has spoken with Ms. Williams' and confirmed that she is interested in serving.
