The County Attorney's Contract (Section 3B) provides for Annual Performance Evaluation each year during the first Board meeting in September.
Request:
Discussion of the County Attorney Annual Performance Evaluation; and authorize the Chairman to sign an amendment to his Employment Contract, Contract No. CM2459-A1.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
Any increase in salary will be subject to Board approval.
