Item Title:	Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board

Background:
The Northeast Florida Regional Council is the Official Designated Planning Agency (DOPA) for the Transportation Disadvantaged services in Nassau County and provides a Local Coordinating Board for oversight of Transportation Disadvantaged services. Membership on the LCB is governed by Florida Statutes with the requirement that the Chair be a County Commissioner. Commissioner Steve Kelley is the current Chair, however that position will be vacant on November 20, 2018, following Commissioner Kelley's last day in office. Meetings of the Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board are held quarterly in the County's Commission Chambers located at 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, FL 32097. A copy of the 18-19 schedule is attached for informational purposes.
