Item Title:Workshop re: Regulation for County Boat Ramps

Background:

At the September 19, 2018 meeting, County Attorney/Interim County Manager, Mike Mullin, notified the Board of concerns recently brought forth by residents with regards to local kayak companies and tour guides utilizing the County boat ramps to launch and blocking access by boaters.

 

The Board has scheduled a Workshop to discuss proposed regulations and enforcement for use of the boat ramps, as well as how to address associated safety concerns.

Request:

Workshop Session at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as matter may be heard to discuss regulations related to use of County Boat Ramps.
