| | | | | | | | | Background: | The County has received a request for a Reduction of Penalty from David Holton for property located at 552869 US Highway 1 in Hilliard - Parcel ID 32-4N-24-0000-0006-0000 (a/k/a New Yorker Motel). Mr. Holton obtained the property in 2009 via Clerk of Court. In 2006 a structure on the above described parcel owned by Thomas E. Dowd Estate was demolished at County expense in accordance with Ordinance No. 2000-26. There is currently a demolition lien of $40,777.28 on the property.
