A proposed rezoning, R18-002, has been filed for the site from Open Rural (OR) and Residential Single-Family 2 (RS-2) to Planned Unit Development (PUD). The existing use of the property (golf course) and the proposed rezoning would be consistent the proposed Recreation (REC) FLUM designation, if approved. |
