Item Title:Living Shoreline Project at Goffinsville Park

Background:
The County Extension Office has submitted a Submerged Lands and Environmental Resources Program Permit for authorization to enhance the living seawall at Goffinsville Park. A condition of the permit is that the applicant receives authorization from the property owner, therefore, they are seeking Board approval to move forward. Attached is a copy of the permit for informational purposes.
Request:
Consider approval for the County Extension to construct a living shoreline along 300 feet of shoreline at Goffinsville Park, pursuant to the approved Submerged Lands and Environmental Resources Program permit from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
