| | | | | | | | Background: | At the November 26th meeting, the Board received a request to set a public hearing date to abandon a ROW on Drury Rd. At that time, a member of the Board inquired about establishing fees to be paid by anyone requesting the Board to vacate, abandon or close a County road or ROW, similar to other jurisdictions.
