Background:
The Chairman received a letter from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement on February 25, 2019, stating that Nassau County has been awarded
an Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG C) in the amount of $46,810 for the 2017 Drug Eradication and Special Response Team Project 2019-
JAGC-NASS-1-N2-037.
The Chairman must sign the Certificate of Acceptance of Subgrant Award document and the Attestations and Certifications and return within 30 days from the date of the award, February 18, 2019.
Request:

Sheriff's Business - Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Certificate of Acceptance of Grant Award and the Attestations and Certifications for Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Funds totaling $46,810.
