The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) is requesting the Board to approve a Resolution of Senate Bill 70 which would prohibit the legislature from sweeping funds from the Sadowski Housing Trust Fund.
Request:
Approve a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, expressing support of Senate Bill 70, which would prevent the Florida Legislature from transferring unappropriated cash balances from the State Housing Trust Fund and the Local Government Housing Trust Fund.
