Item Title:Dyal Road Right of Way Acquisition

Background:

At the February 11, 2019 meeting, Engineering Services made a presentation to the Board regarding the status of right-of-way acquisition need to pave the .5 mile portion of unpaved road on Dyal Rd. The Board was notified that there are four property owners who have not responded to the County's request for additional right-of-way. Attached is the February 11th agenda item, as well as information showing the four properties that have not responded.

 

The Board directed the County Manager to bring back a cost estimate and process for condemnation of right-of-way for this portion of Dyal Rd.
