Background:

At  the Monday, March 11, 2019 meeting, a resident attended to express concerns about the condition of Bismark Rd., specifically conditions that make the road unpassable after it rains. He inquired about the Chip Seal Program and whether or not this road would be a candidate.

 

Commissioner Justin Taylor indicated that he's received numerous calls about this road, including bus drivers not being able to access the road. He requested that Cameron Hansen bring back options for Bismark Rd., including use of the Double Chip Seal Program.
