| | | | | | | | Background: | Capital Improvement Policy 5.6 states that a five-year Capital Improvement Plan shall be adopted by a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners. On September 24, 2018, the Board adopted the 2018/2019 County budget, which includes Capital Improvement projects totaling $45,026,333. However, the Five Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for fiscal years 2018/2019-2022/2023 was not adopted by separate resolution.
