Item Title:CPA18-003 Concourse Crossing
Date:3/25/2019
Department:Planning & Economic Development
Background:

The proposed amendment to the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) of the Comprehensive Plan is a portion of one parcel comprising 9.11 acres.  The property is currently vacant. A proportionate share agreement to provide fees in lieu of providing a community park shall be considered, by the Board of County Commissioners, concurrently with this rezoning application. The Board of County Commissioners shall have the discretion to approve or not approve a proportionate share agreement concurrently with the rezoning to Planned Unit Development.
