| | | | | | | | | Background: | On September 10, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners approved a Resolution and contract agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation endorsing the delivery of bridge repair at County Road 121 over Deep Creek (No. 740050). FDOT will provide design, CEI services and funding of these bridge repairs.
An amendment to the agreement has been received from FDOT for the purpose of including the temporary closure of the bridge and the detour of pedestrian traffic during construction and improvement. | | Request: | Continue consideration of a Resolution endorsing delivery of bridge repair at County Road 121 over Deep Creek by the Florida Department of Transportation; and authorize the Chairman to sign the amended Construction and Maintenance Agreement, Contract No. CM2677, to include temporary closure of the bridge and detour of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
