Background:
At the January 16, 2019 meeting, the Board directed County Manager, Mike Mullin, to research the costs associated with current Yulee Library Branch located at Florida State Community College, and the cost for property lease of temporary space by Petco in Yulee. Mr. Mullin met with Library Director, Dawn Bostwick, and OMB Director, Megan Diehl on April 1, 2019, to discuss current Library funding for the Yulee Branch and to review a proposed lease for the space by Petco. Meetings have been scheduled with Commissioners for Friday, April 12th and Monday, April 15th. Mr. Mullin will be ready to present his findings to the Board at the Wednesday, April 17th BOCC Meeting. Should the Board determine they would like to enter into a lease agreement with the owner of the facility, Franklin Street Real Estate, the Chairman would need to sign a Letter of Intent agreeing to the proposed terms for lease of the space.

Discussion of proposed lease terms for temporary space for the Yulee Library. Staff has requested continuance to the April 22, 2019 meeting.
