| | | | | | | | | Background: | In response to the Invitation to Bid for the Chester Road Resurfacing project (NC19-004) five bids were received. Bids were opened on March 7, 2019 and upon evaluation it was determined that Hubbard Construction is the lowest responsible bidder. It is recommended that Hubbard Construction be awarded the contract for Chester Road Resurfacing in the amount of $1,171,278.19.
The contract and bid documents are available in their entirety in the Contract Management office.
