| | | | | | | | | Background: | As requested we have investigated the property adjacent to the Holly Point Boat Ramp and we feel that the property would be a value to the county for the use as green space or additional parking. The county currently owns the water frontage adjacent this property that could accommodate a possible fishing dock.
