| | | | | | | | | Background: | | The Florida Division of Elections and the Nassau County Supervisor of Elections are entering into an agreement for the 2018-2019 Federal Elections Activities Grant in the amount of $13,175.87. The County's matching funds will be $1,797.81. The agreement required that the Chairman of the County Commission certify that the funds have been budgeted for the County's share. Attached is the Certificate Regarding Matching Funds and information on funding allocations for each Florida County. | | Request: | Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Certificate Regarding Matching Funds for the FY 2018-2019 Federal Election Activities Grant; and authorize the Chairman to sign associated Budget Amendment/Resolution.
