Background:

Mr. Mullin has been recognizing employees for years of service since January 2019. It was understood by staff that he wanted to recognize anyone over 20 years of service in 5 year increments (20, 25, 30, etc), however Mr. Mullin actually wanted to recognize anyone with 20+ years. Staff from January - March celebrating a milestone have been recognized already, however he would like to go back and recognize those that were not included. Please note these individuals have already received their Certificate of Appreciation but will be recognized publicly:
