| | | | | | | | | Background: | The Nassau County Planning & Zoning Board formed a subcommittee known as the Western Nassau Heritage Preservation Committee to discuss the future of western Nassau and to work with the Department of Planning & Economic Opportunity to determine how they can assist in planning efforts.
The WNHPC has held numerous community outreach and roundtable events where the public could exchange ideas and be involved in actively shaping the future of the west side of the County.
