Item Title:	YUL Branch Library Amendment to MOU

Background:
The YUL Branch Library currently shares space within the Florida State College at Jacksonville library (College). The current MOU expires 30 June 2019. This amendment extends the MOU for six months; until 30 December 2019.
Request:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Amendment No. 1 the Agreement with Florida State College at Jacksonville, Contract No. CM2449-A1, for the Yulee Library Space.
Financial/Economic Impact to Future Years Budgeting Process or Effect on Citizens:
The Amendment allows the YUL Branch Library to reside within the College Library for an additional six months within current year budget.
Action Requested and Recommendation:
Approve and sign the Amendment to the MOU that expires 30 December 2019.
